PENGENALAN

AR – C.09 merupakan formula khusus yang secara efektif mengontrol pembentukan kerak air dan korosi pada sistim air pendingin sirkulasi penutup.

KEGUNAAN

• Mencegah timbulnya korosi dan kerak air
• Membersihkan kerak air yang terjadi dari air pendingin sebelumnya yang tidak terawat
• Menaikkan tingkat keasaman dan menurunkan tingkat alkalinitas yang tinggi dari air pendingin
• Dapat digunakan pada sistim air pendingin mesin diesel, bensin, kompresor, sirkulasi dan travo-travo
• Dapat menekan iron Hingga Mencapai < 5ppm

KEUNTUNGAN

• Mudah larut dalam air, kontra terhadap kerak air karat dan korosi, tidak membentuk lumpur dan tidak mempengaruhi laju sirkulasi sistim pendingin
• Membentuk lapisan film yang tidak berpengaruh pada sistim sirkulasi
• Tidak berpengaruh pada bagian mesin lain seperti slang, gasket, sealing, packing dan sebagainya

 DOSIS

• Dosis pemakaian AR – C.09 dapat digunakan dengan perbandingan setiap 1000 liter air pendingin diperlukan 6 liter AR– C.09 (secukupnya)

PENGATUR DOSIS

• Jika hasil test iron masih diatas 5 ppm maka dosis AR – C.09 perlu dinaikkan.

Jika standar AR – C.09 dalam air pendingin sudah sesuai, maka pengetesan cukup dilakukan seminggu sekali.

Introduction

AR – C.09 it is an effective specific formula to control the contruction of slag waer and corrosion to cooling water sytem with close circulation.

Function

• To protect corrosion and slag water

• To clean slag water to cooling not maintained.

• To increase acid level and decrease high alkaline from cooling water.

• To use cooling water of diesel machine, fuel, compressor, circulation and travo.

• To repress Iron until reach < 5 ppm

Indication

• Special formula which effectively controls water scale and corro»»sion formation in close circulation water cooling system.

• Prevents corrosion and water scale.

Advantage

• Soluble to water, contra to slag water and corrosion not sediment clay and not affect to flow of cooling circulation system

• To construct a film layer which is not affect to circulation system

• Not impact to other part of machine such as nozzle, gasket, sealing, packing and etc

Dosage

Ratio between water and our AR – C.09 is 6 liter per 1000 liter water

Procedure

• If your test Iron over 5 ppm, dosage will increased.

• If cooling water standard allowed, you could test a week.
